【摘要】目的:分析B超诊断羊水过多与胎儿畸形的关系。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月2010年5月在我院做B超产前检查的1640周的2896例孕妇。发现羊水指数大于或等于20cm时,为羊水过多。结果:检出羊水过多的16例,检出率为055%,其中胎儿未见明显异常的10例,占62.5%,胎儿畸形6例,占37.5%。结论:羊水指数大于或等于25cm,致死性畸形发生率明显增高。
