摘要：目的 评价舒血宁加前列地尔和乙酰谷酰胺三联治疗脑梗塞的疗效变化。方法 对2012年11月～2013年3月收入我院60例脑梗死患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组应用舒血宁加前列地尔和乙酰谷酰胺三联治疗，对照组单用舒血宁。对比两组疗效。结果 治疗组治疗有效率为96.7%，明显高于对照组，差异显著，P<0.05。结论 对脑梗塞患者采用舒血宁加前列地尔和乙酰谷酰胺三联治疗，疗效显著。比单用舒血宁效果更好。

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the shu ning and leading to blood and acetyl l-glutamine sanlian treatment the curative effect of cerebral infarction. Methods The November 2012 to March 2012 income from 60 patients with cerebral infarction， were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each.
